General project flow.

In general project flows in 3 big steps

1. We create detailed specifications of the software product to be developed - this is a step in which the client and us analyze the requirements of the product to be developed. Based on these requirements product specification emerge - the more detailed these specifications are, the better. It's a must for the client to reach the point where his ideas are well structured and specifications we made are an accurate reflection of his product expectations. A this point, based on the specifications, we can give a quote on developing costs and time. Palisoft Ltd politics is not to ask any money for the time spent and work made to complete client's product specifications. Having the specifications and our quote the client is free to chose either he will sign a contract with us or not.
   
2. When the contract is signed the developing of the actual software product begins. Weekly notes about the state the product is in will be sent to the client - he will also be shown parts of the product - by the case. Small modifications will be accepted during the developing phase which goes based on specifications made and signed in the contract. When the product is finished - it enters the testing phase and only afterwards it gets delivered.
   
3. Final step is the post developing phase - this a very important phase for each software product because allot of inconveniences or bugs found while using the product emerge only after the product gets online. Palisoft Ltd - following the contract clauses - will fix all the bugs and usage inconveniences without asking for extra payments. All the things related to post developing phase are well defined within the contract signed

Which are the general payment steps ?

Payments are generally made in 3 steps:

1. 25% of total at contract signing.
2. 25% of total when reaching 50% of the product development.
3. 50% of total at the end of development - when the product gets delivered.
   

This payment splitting way is not a fixed one - it can be customized to reach client's needs. Anyway its purpose is clear - minimum risks for both client and us. Client wants not to waste any money for the case problems and disagreements show up and the developer wants to know it hasn't worked for nothing.

First of the parts to offer trust is Palisoft - we spend time and resources creating specifications for the client and the client may take only the specifications and sign nothing with us. Specifications step is prior to the first payment which only occurs when signing the contract.

 

Work made and money spent warranty.

Work made and money spent warranty is ensured by the contract signed - this is the legal form through which the project is made. Possible disputes and misunderstandings will be solved in peaceful terms. If this way does not solve things there will be intended trials to be solved in court.
